With about 20 years of experience in boxing, "Coach G" is deeply rooted in this industry. He is ready to take your program to the next level. With his past experience as an undefeated professional boxer along with his training alongside world champions, he'll have you ready to be the next greatest fighter to step in the ring.
Coach JC is another one of our passionate trainers ready to share his knowledge and experience to our students. JC is great with students of all ages and very fun to work with. He's not just another great boxing coach, but one heck of a salsa dancer as well! Like all the greats, he strives in continuing to learn and grow his skillset in order to better everyone that trains with him.
Brian has been training with Coach G for about 6 years now and knows what it takes to be a great boxer. He's had success in his current career as well as winning the coveted Golden Gloves championship. Brian looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience to help you develop yourself as a fighter under the guidance and program of Coach G.
Jon is one of our strength and conditioning coaches. He is eager to share his passion of strengthening and conditioning your bodies to get you in the best shape possible to live a healthy life or get you prepared to succeed in any sport.
Our resident body recovery specialist along with strength and conditioning coach. Jack has worked with some of the most elite NFL, NBA, and MLB players to keep their bodies functioning at 100% so they can keep their careers going for years to come.
